The new year brings new hops, and we are thrilled to announce that 2025 crop year hops are arriving in stock. If you are serious about hop-forward styles like IPAs, pale ales, and American wheat beers, fresh crop year hops make a noticeable difference in aroma and flavour intensity.

What Is New with Our Hops

Improved Packaging

All of our hops are now vacuum sealed with nitrogen flushing — the gold standard for hop preservation. Nitrogen flushing displaces oxygen from the package, which is the primary enemy of hop freshness. This means the hops you receive will have better-preserved alpha acids and essential oils compared to standard packaging.

New 227g (1/2 lb) Size

We have introduced a 227 g half-pound option for greater flexibility. This is ideal if you want to try a new variety without committing to a full pound, or if your recipe calls for an amount that falls between our standard sizes.

Crop Year Labelling

Every bag now clearly shows the crop year, so you always know exactly how fresh your hops are.

• Cascade — the quintessential American hop with floral, citrus, and grapefruit notes; a must-have for pale ales and IPAs

10% Off 2024 Crop Year Hops

We are offering a 10% discount on remaining 2024 crop year hops to make room for the new harvest. These are still perfectly good hops — especially for bittering additions where subtle aroma differences are less critical. Larger quantity discounts may also be available.
