Hallertau Mittelfrüh Hops
Hallertau Mittelfrüh is the same as the original Hallertau hops from Germany. Hallertau dates back more than 100 years and is on of the original four noble hops. This hop has a light flower and spice aroma. Hallertau is mainly used as an aroma and dry hopping hop, but can alose be used for bittering.

This Canadian-grown Hallertau Mittelfrüh is comparable to traditional German-grown versions, delivering the same refined noble character with sweet, earthy, and herbal aromas. Alpha acid: 5.4%, beta acid: 3.08%, total oil: 0.72 ml/100g.
