6 Row Malt – Canada Malting Co.
Base malt ideal for use in conjunction with adjuncts due to its larger husk content. An excellent base malt for use in wheat beer production. 6 row malt has a higher enzyme content than 2 row. This grain in mainly used by large brewers in North America but can create a fuller bodied craft beer.
