Northern Brewer hops are mainly used as a bittering hop but it can also be used for aroma. This hop has a pungent aroma with floral, citrus, fruity and spicy notes.

🍁 2025 Canadian Crop Notes: Our current batch is grown in Quebec, Canada by Duke25 Hops. This Canadian-grown Northern Brewer is comparable to traditional versions, delivering the same clean bitterness and complex herbal character with spice, minty notes, and earthy tones. Alpha acid: 9.5%, beta acid: 4.11%, total oil: 1.5 ml/100g.
Our hops are nitrogen flushed, then vacuum sealed and stored frozen for optimum freshness.
