Perle Hops
Perle hops are a bittering and aroma hop similar to Northern Brewer. Perle is slightly floral with some fruity notes, elements of pine and mint with a hint of spice.
Typical brewing styles: Belgian Strong Ale, Hefeweizen, Kölsch, Lager, Pilsner

Purpose: aroma and bittering
Alpha Acid: 8% – 9%
Beta Acid: 8%
