The Cascade hop is a very popular variety of hop amongst Canadian and US homebrewers because it offers a hint of the intensity of a hoppier beer without being too strong. Use these hops for bittering, dry-hopping, or to improve the aroma of your home-brewed beers.

Charateristics
Floral, citrusy and notes of grapefruit
Purpose: aroma and bittering
Alpha acid: 4.5% – 8.9%
Beta acid: 3.6% – 7.5%

Our hops are nitrogen flushed, then vacuum sealed and stored frozen for optimum freshness.
