Willamette Hops

Willamette is primarily used as an aroma hop due to its low alpha acid content. This hop, when brewed will add complex spiciness characterized by herbal, floral and fruity notes. Since Willamette is the daughter of the Fuggle hop, it carries the same characteristics or pepper and spice. This hops works great on darker beer styles.

๐Ÿ 2025 Canadian Crop Notes: Our current batch is grown in Quebec, Canada by Duke25 Hops. This Canadian-grown Willamette features floral, earthy, and spice notes characteristic of Eastern Canadian hops. Alpha acid: 4.07%, beta acid: 2.56%, total oil: 0.26 ml/100g.
Our hops are nitrogen flushed, then vacuum sealed and stored frozen for optimum freshness.
