Saaz hops have a delicate, mild and floral aroma. This age old hop is known as the hop of pilsner. A bittering and aroma hop full of flavour.

Alpha Acids: 2.5% – 4.5%
Beta Acids: 4% – 6%

🍁 2025 Canadian Crop Notes: Our current batch is grown in Quebec, Canada by Duke25 Hops. This Canadian-grown Saaz offers more intensity and higher alpha acid than traditional Czech Saaz, while retaining the classic earthy, herbal, and spicy noble hop character. Alpha acid: 6.9%, beta acid: 7.3%, total oil: 0.9 ml/100g.
Our hops are nitrogen flushed, then vacuum sealed and stored frozen for optimum freshness.
