The Traditional Pilsner malt from InnoMalt has more body than Modern Pilsner. This malt was created for decoction mashing systems and is recommended for experienced brewers only!

Cereal aroma, sweet, very clean and crisp, with slightly more body than the Modern Pilsner from InnoMalt.

°L: 1.7 – 1.9
Exceptionally pale malt that produces a very pale wort.

Up to 100%
Beer styles
Base malt for all beers, Premium Pilsner and Pilsner beers, Export, Kölsch, Lager, Helles, light beers, base malt for almost all specialty beers
