The Modern Pilsner malt from InnoMalt is perfect for lagers, Kölschs and Pilsners. It is modified enough for a single step infusion mash.

Cereal aroma, sweet, very clean and crisp, with slightly more body than the Pale Malt (2-row) from InnoMalt.

°L: 1.7 – 1.9
Exceptionally pale malt that produces a very clear wort; their palest base malt along with the
Traditional Pilsner.

Base malt for all beers, Premium Pilsner and Pilsner beers, Export, Kölsch, Lager, Helles, light beers, base malt for almost all specialty beers
