A local Ontario-grown Vienna malt from Mississippi Mills Malts (M3 Malts). Adds gentle toast and biscuit character with a warm amber hue — perfect for Vienna lagers, Märzen, and Oktoberfest beers.

Soft bready and biscuit notes with a light toasted malt character. Contributes an amber-gold colour.

Usage
Up to 100% (as base malt in Vienna lagers), commonly blended at 20-60% in other styles.
