Pilsner Malt – M3 Malts
A local Ontario-grown Pilsner malt from Mississippi Mills Malts (M3 Malts). Clean, crisp, and exceptionally pale — ideal as the base for Pilsners, Helles, Kölsch, and other light lagers.
Flavours and characteristics
Clean cereal aroma with subtle sweetness and crisp finish. Produces a very pale, clear wort.
