Organic Cacao Nibs – 113g
Organic cacao nibs are made from dried cacao beans that have been peeled and broken up into nibs for the authentic flavour of pure chocolate. Perfect for stouts, porters, and medium to dark ales. Add to the mash, boil, or during fermentation for varying degrees of chocolatey awesomeness. Adding nibs pre-boil will impart some bitterness.
Recommended dosage
Start with 113g for a 19 litre batch of wort
