Ascorbic acid – 50g
Ascorbic acid helps reduce the risk of oxidation in bottled beer or wine. Oxidation can give off flavours and odours to your beer or wine. Ascorbic acid is also a preservative which will help with the shelf life of your beer or wine.
Usage
- Use 3.2g per 19L when bottling.
