Biofine Clear is a liquid fining agent made from purified colloidal silicic acid. It’s highly effective at clarifying beer and wine, removing haze-causing proteins and yeast. Vegan-friendly alternative to gelatin or isinglass.
Dosage: 0.5-2ml per litre, added 2-3 days before packaging.
