Bitter orange peels give your Belgium Witbier style brews the traditional citrus taste.
Sourced from bitter orange varieties, bitter orange peel adds a mild citrus aroma and flavour to your beers. This is the traditional ingredient used to add orange character to Belgian witbiers, and so is the best choice for recipes. Imparts a slightly different flavour than sweet orange peel.
Recommended dosage
Use 14g to 28g for a 19 litre batch, 15 to 20 minutes of boil time.
