Description
WHC Labs High Voltage yeast
WHC High Voltage is a thermotolerant clean ale strain engineered for modern, energy-efficient brewing. It ferments remarkably cleanly at elevated temperatures (31–35°C), completing fermentation in as little as 2–3 days while allowing malt and hop character to shine through without interference. Its wide stylistic range and minimal temperature control requirements make it a practical workhorse for any style where a neutral, crisp fermentation profile is desired.
