Waimea Hops
Waimea is a dual-purpose hop. This hop has a high alpha acid count which gives it great bittering qualities. Despite its high alpha, Waimea exhibits favorable flavours and aromas of fresh crushed citrus and pine.
Typical brewing styles: IPAs, Pale Ales

Alpha Acid: 16% – 19%
Beta Acid: 7% – 9%
