The Simcoe hop is a very popular dual purpose hop. This hop has a great bittering qualities and it also packs a complex aroma of stone fruit, pine and citrus. This hop is capable of being a single hop used in your next brew. Simcoe can be used in a wide range of beer styles.
Typical brewing styles: Double IPA, IPA, Pale Ale
