Description
Freeze-dried peach pieces for brewing — intense, concentrated peach character with none of the added water. Because the moisture is removed, they deliver a big hit of ripe peach flavour and aroma without diluting your beer or dropping the ABV the way fresh or frozen fruit can. Add them straight to the fermenter or secondary for fruited sours, milkshake and hazy IPAs, wheat beers, meads, and ciders; they rehydrate in the beer and release bright, juicy peach character. Lightweight, shelf-stable, and far more sanitary to handle than fresh fruit.
