Description
The most widely used lager strain in the world, in a cold-adapted variant. It produces exceptionally clean results from the first generation and can be easily harvested and repitched.
Ferments clean and crisp with a balanced maltiness, and accentuates hops in styles like Pilsner as well as dry-hopped beers such as West Coast Pils and West Coast IPA — a versatile, all-purpose lager house strain.
