El Dorado Hops
El Dorado is an exceptional new dual purpose hop. With its high alpha acid content, this hop is effective for bittering. You can expect intense flavours and aromas. When used in late additions or dry hop, El Dorado will impart fresh, fruity aromas and flavours of tropical fruits, pineapple, pear, watermelon and stone fruit. This hop has become a favorite for hop-foward beers like IPAs and NEIPAs.
