Engineered to replicate the famously soft, low-mineral water of classic Central European lager-brewing regions. The balanced, low-ion mineral blend promotes clean fermentation, crisp and delicate flavours, and brilliant clarity. Mash pH is dialled in without extra acid additions in most cases.

Best for: Pilsners, Bohemian lager, Czech-style lager
Profile: Soft, low-mineral; balanced calcium and chloride; very low sulfate
Replicates: Plzen (Pilsen), Czech Republic
Packet size: 12 g, treats 6 gallons (23 L) of RO, DI, or distilled water
For larger batches: add 2 g per additional gallon
Not recommended for extract brewing. Designed for all-grain mashing.
