Wai-iti Hops
Wai-iti is a great aroma hop which brings fresh lime and stone fruit flavours. This hop has a soft bitterness which makes it suitable for single hopped beers. When Wai-iti is used in mid to late boil addition, the citrus aromas are reduced substantially and make the stone fruit more present.
Typical brewing styles: IPAs, Pale Ales, Wheat Beers

Alpha Acid: 2.5%-3.5%
Beta Acid: 4.5% – 5.5%
Origin: New Zealand
