Description
Strata is an American dual-purpose hop bred by Indie Hops in Oregon, best known for its intensely dank, tropical character. Expect bold notes of passion fruit, cannabis, citrus, and stone fruit, with a resinous, earthy backbone. Alpha acids sit high at 11.9%, making it equally effective as a bittering hop or a late-addition/dry-hop powerhouse.
Excellent in IPAs, NEIPAs, pale ales, and any style where aggressive, fruit-forward hops take centre stage. T-90 pellets, nitrogen-flushed for freshness.
