Train your palate to catch the faults that hide in your beer. In this hands-on workshop — a collaboration between BeerGrains and the OHBS — you’ll taste 5–6 of the most common off-flavours in beer, each one deliberately spiked so you know exactly what it smells and tastes like. For every fault we’ll break down what causes it and the practical steps to keep it out of your own brewing.
