Mosaic Hops
Mosaic is a dual-purpose hop but it can also be considered a triple purpose hop as it encompasses aroma, bittering and flavour. Having a high alpha acid count, this hop is excellent for bittering your IPAs. Mosaic imparts flavours of citrus, herbs, mango and pine. The aromas of this hop are of tropical fruits.
