MonsterBrite Plate Filter
The MonsterBrite Plate Filter, made in Canada, is a specialized component designed to enhance the wine filtration process in home winemaking. This plate is tailored for compatibility with round filters and comes equipped with two gaskets (O’Rings) to ensure a tight and secure seal between the inner ring and both plates. Its design features a larger surface area compared to standard filters, which facilitates a more efficient extraction of yeast and particles, resulting in clearer and purer wine.
This filtration system can be used with a pump or by gravity.ย Gravity filtering may take up to 45 minutes.
