Micro-Brew – White

This pale yellow, slightly veiled white ale is above all a thirst-quencher. Its flavours are fruity and its bitterness is subtle. A slight acidity adds to its unique character. Good in all seasons, it’s perfect for summer and the patio.

Original Gravity: 1.040 – 1.046
Final Gravity: 1.008 – 1.012
Alcohol: 3.7 – 5.0%
IBU: 10
SRM: 2.8

Ingredients: Two-row malt, wheat malt, coriander and curaçao oranges
Hops: Northern Brewer

This Micro-Brew kit is a 23 litre (6 gallons) bag of wort; no concentrate here.  This kit is perfect for those who want to make beer at home or in our store.  Easy to make with a minimum of equipment.  We recommend fermenting in a 7 gallon FerMonster fermenter to avoid spillage during fermentation.  New to home brewing?  Get the Micro-brew starter kit and make high quality beer right at home.
