Hallertau Blanc Hops
Hallertau Blanc is mainly an aroma hop and is also the daughter of Cascade. This hop was primarily grown for American style ales. Hallertau Blanc has a complex flavour profile. It is said to be fruity with wine-like qualities of gooseberry and grass, similar to that of a Sauvignon Blanc.
