Ride the rails; the Golden Rails. Cassel brewery has graciously given us this wonderful Honey Brown. Cassel was located in eastern Ontario in Casselman. Although they were a small brewery, they created wonderful tasting beer. Cassel Brewery shut down its operation in March 2024. If you were a fan of Cassel, make them live again. If you are a honey brown enthusiast then make this wonderful beer stand out again.
Easy drinking ale with hints of honey, caramel, roasted hazelnut, and a mild malt note. This is a refreshing beer even in the summer. When winter comes, have this wonderful comforting beer in front of a fire place.
