Galaxy Hops
Galaxy is a very popular hop in the NEIPA craze. This hop has the highest essential oils percentage in the industry. Galaxy has a wonderful citrus, peach and passion fruit aromas. Use this hop as a late addition to bring out the flavours. Can be used as a bittering hop as well as dry-hopping.
Typical brewing styles: IPAs, Pale Ales, ESBs

Alpha Acid: 11% – 16%
Beta Acid: 5% – 6.9%
