Non-Alcoholic Jelly King is the culmination of Bellwoods’ efforts to make a non-alc beer in Jelly King’s image. The flavours come from the yeast and bacteria used in the brewing process. The base is soured the same way as the original, resulting in interesting, predominantly peachy characteristics from mixed fermentation. Tart, fruity, and delicious.
