The DesanaMAX FP is a reliable cleaner and disinfectant designed for beverage lines (Beer, Wine, Soft Drinks).  This line cleaner will maintain a high level of hygiene in drink dispensing equipment. Chlorine-free, odor-free, green technology.

DesanaMAX FP is a very efficient and intelligent cleaning solution using PURPLE / GREEN / YELLOW colour change technology to indicate the hygiene level.  Line cleaning has never been simpler.

PURPLE : Clean lines
GREEN : Lightly soiled
YELLOW : Heavily soiled

How to use this cleaning solution

What you need

• Your will need a cleaning vessel for your cleaning solution.  You can use a keg or build your own using the Kegland hand pump and a soft drink 2 litre bottle.

Prepare the solution

1. Rinse the cleaning vessel (where your cleaning solution will be) and dispensing system hoses (taps, beer lines, disconnects) thoroughly with tap water beforehand.
2. Always wear gloves and protective glasses.
3. Fill the cleaning vessel with 4.5 liters of lukewarm water (up to 35°C) and add 1 sachet of TM DesanaMax FP.
4. Close the cleaning vessel and shake well. The solution will turn PURPLE meaning your cleaning solution is free of contaminants.
5. Take a reference sample of the PURPLE  colour solution for later comparison (optional).
6. Clean the (solution) connections with a brush and cleaning solution.
7. Place the (solution)  connector on the cleaning vessel.

Connect solution to your system and fill

1. Open the tap and pump the PURPLE solution until the solution (often GREEN or even YELLOW) flows out.
2. Close the tap.
3. Allow the cleaning solution to act for 10 to 20 minutes.

Drain and clean parts

1. Drain lines of cleaning solution.
2. Disassemble the faucets and disconnects and place them in the cleaning solution for 5 minutes and clean with a brush.
3. Rinse well with clean water and reinstall taps and disconnects.
4. Reconnect to the cleaning vessel and open the tap to fill the entire line with fresh PURPLE cleaning solution.
5. After 3 minutes the colour of the solution should match the original PURPLE cleaning solution.
   1. if not, leave solution in the line for 5 minutes.
   2. Rinse lines with PURPLE solution again and wait 3 minutes. Repeat if necessary.

All clean

1.  When the solution matches the original PURPLE, the line is perfectly clean.
2. Rinse lines and solution vessel with clean water.
3. Reconnect your kegs to your lines and serve yourself a well earned beer.
