A Token of Sour Gratitude – All-Grain Kit

This sour American pale ale is a token of our gratitude for supporting Beer Grains during the covid 19 pandemic.

A Token Of Sour Gratitude is an hybrid between an American Pale Ale and a sour-like beer. This beer is full of caramel malt which gives a sweetness to balance the acidity given by the yeast. Citra and Mosaic gives nice citrus and tropical aromas that will make you wonder if it’s a beer or a fruit juice!

This ale is made for the brewers who don’t have the equipment or the know-how to make a kettle sour. This beer kit uses the WildBrew Philly Sour yeast from Lallemand. All you need to do is brew a normal beer. You don’t even need to adjust the pH. Once the wort is cooled, pitch the Philly Sour yeast and let it do its thing.
