Riwaka Hops
Riwaka is one of New Zealand’s most sought-after aroma hops, prized for its intense grapefruit and citrus character with hints of passionfruit and lime zest. A little goes a long way — use it late in the boil, in the whirlpool, or for dry hopping to showcase its vibrant aromatics.
